Cantrack
Cantrack Technology serves over 11,000 overseas customers, shipping millions of trackers annually, and keeping more than 3 million devices online worldwide.
As competition grew, Cantrack evolved its offering beyond hardware by bundling IoT SIM connectivity directly into its devices before shipment, turning a hardware business into an end-to-end fleet intelligence solution.

Founded in 2018 and operating from Huizhou, China, Cantrack has built a reputation over 16 years as a trusted ODM/OEM manufacturer of vehicle GPS trackers. Their product range spans a wide variety of tracker types, deployed by customers across Europe and North America in commercial fleets, logistics, and consumer vehicle security.
With a growing base of international clients and millions of active devices, Cantrack began offering pre-installed SIM cards as a standard feature, turning their shipments into fully operational, plug-and-play tracking solutions. This shift required a connectivity partner capable of delivering global multi-region coverage, a simple management interface, and competitive lifecycle economics at scale.
Scaling an international Device + Connectivity + Platform bundle creates significant operational challenge. Cantrack needed a single solution that could:
Deliver reliable 4G coverage across both the EU and North American markets from one SIM SKU
Provide a transparent, self-service portal for monitoring device data usage and diagnosing field issues
Reduce after-sales costs by enabling fast remote triage, distinguishing SIM-related faults from hardware faults without dispatching a technician
Support over-the-air firmware updates (FOTA) to resolve device issues remotely at scale
Maintain competitive per-device economics as volumes grow into the millions
Cantrack partnered with 1NCE in November 2025, deploying thousands of IoT SIM Business cards across its EU and North America customer base. The relationship was anchored by 1NCE's combination of competitive flat-rate pricing, broad 4G network coverage, and a responsive sales team.
Key capabilities include:
SIM management in one place. The 1NCE portal gives the team a live view of data usage and connectivity status across every deployed device.
Faster fault diagnosis. When a device goes offline, Cantrack can instantly see whether it's a SIM issue, a coverage gap, or a hardware fault, no field visit needed.
Remote firmware updates. FOTA is delivered over the SIM, so fixes reach devices in the field without customers returning them.
Predictable costs at any scale. Flat-rate lifetime pricing grows cleanly with shipment volumes, no renegotiation.
One SIM, two regions. EU and North America covered from the same card. Devices ship pre-configured, nothing to change at the destination.
Cantrack has achieved 30% reduction in after-sales resolution time through faster remote diagnostics via the 1NCE portal.
"It's an inevitable trend that we need to provide more value-added and satisfying services to our customers. Millions of trackers ship from Cantrack globally every year, and we can feel that 'Hardware + Connectivity' is the very next growth point for our business. With 1NCE's help on connectivity, we can not only provide our clients with better solutions, but it also helps us improve our after-sales efficiency."
