(Recruitment agencies) Make Money Online - How To Build A List

By Todd Lamb

The easiest and fastest way to make money in Internet Marketing is to have a large list. With a great list you have an entire force of people you can market to at anytime. That is why list building is very important. With list building you can create a money making sales force.

There are many different tactics you can use to build your list. Before you can apply any of them, you first have to get an autoresponder to capture emails and names for you. Two of the most popular autoresponders are offering by AWeber and GetResponse. Both of these sites offer great autoreponders that will capture names for you list and keep those names nicely organized.

Once the ability to build a list is in place then you can actually start with the list building.

The fastest and easiest way to do this is to offer a free report or something else. In exchange for people giving their email to you, they will get something of value for free. Just make sure it is valuable, otherwise people will not buy anything from you. For example, on my site you see I offer three free reports in order to ensure the people who subscribe get great value. If you make the free gift valuable then people will associate you with quality information and they are more likely to buy from you when you market to your list.

To get the offer out there try a couple simple tactics.

First you can use your signature in your email and on forums. Obviously forums are the better tactic between the two. You should join forums within your niche and make quality posts. Then once you have made 10-15 good posts, you can put the offer for a free product in your signature so every time you make a post people on the forum will see your offer.

Another great free tactic for list building is to join with other people for a group giveaway. For example, all of you will put in a free product and everyone will also market the free products. Then when someone wants to takes advantage of your free product that person will have to go your site and give their email for the free product. Since it is a group giveaway, you will get tons of exposure all at once. This is a great way to build your list fast.

Strong list building can create a money making sales force for you. With a large list, you will have built in potential customers who are interested in your niche that you can market to at anytime. Therefore a great list will equal more money for you.

There are so many different strategies available to you at times it can almost seem overwhelming. That is why it is important for you to seek a mentor to assist you with this vitally important skill which forms the foundation of your online career.

I remember when I started I was similare to many people in that I hadn’t even heard of lists. My experience started out with success on ebay and I later became a more avid and focused niche marketer.

I cannot over state the importance that before you begin anything start with products and strategies to build your list. That is how you make money online plain and simple. If you deeply want to work from home and earn cash online then begin there and nowhere else.

Why Not Consider a Career in IT?
By john mce

Any IT qualifications or experience in IT will help you with a career in IT, but many companies use their own IT tests from typing and calculating to logical problem solving to asses candidates. Increasingly academic qualifications are becoming less important than industry recognised ones or relevant experience, as the rate of change within the industry picks up more and more speed.

IT job titles can be complicated and confusing, but there are basically three types of role; programmer, operator and support staff.

Programmer

Also known as software engineer or developer. To put it simply, a programmer writes in code to get a computer or piece of software to complete a certain tasks. You are likely to be working as part of a team, all working on small individual elements of the overall operation. Only if you were experienced would you be in charge of overseeing a whole program.

Because the computers and software are constantly changing, you’ll be constantly learning new programming languages on training courses, and you will be expected to adapt to these changes.

Big IT companies tend to only recruit IT graduates, although smaller companies may accept an NVQ or relevant experience. Doing a work placement during your academic study will greatly increase your chances of being able to find a job in programming.

Qualification or no qualification, your prospective employees will probably issue an aptitude test, most likely to include basic problem solving using logic.

Web design less technical design & marketing.

Operator

Operators are responsible for setting up and maintaining computer systems. This may be a particular area, such as a network which connects users in an office or a database which users access.

Being an operator is a much more ‘hands on’ IT career. If things need setting up or altering, you will be under the desk moving cables and testing the IT systems.

You don’t need a degree, but any qualifications will help. An aptitude test will probably be carried out by employers, although many will supply training. Look for ‘trainee operator’ positions if you are less experienced.

Support Staff

This is the IT role which does not require a great deal of qualifications or experience. This involves helping other people with their computer problems.

Companies are usually happy for candidates to start at the bottom and learn on the job.

You could be working from a helpdesk, waiting for calls to come in from users needing support or just keeping checking that programmes are functioning correctly.

More important experience for a support role would include customer service and communication, although obviously any additional knowledge of computers would be beneficial.

Hotel Careers
By Luat Tran Van

  Online hotel jobs

The huge success of international and domestic tourism in India has given rise to pressing demand for quality professionals. The requirement for skilled and efficient human capital is urgent.

Combined with tourism hospitality creates one of the largest service industries in the world. Indian hospitality managers have built a formidable reputation for themselves and are being hired by international hotel chains and cruise liners in big numbers. The scope of opportunities being offered is unlimited, all that you require is the appropriate qualifications

The past few years has seen an exodus of hospitality professionals to science and management areas like IT-enabled services , insurance, banking and healthcare, as also to travel, airlines, training, consulting and leisure. These fast-growing sectors are luring hospitality managers by offering larger salary packages. However the situation comes with the added advantage of even more opportunities for those suitably qualified and with experience. And the demand-supply gap is such that junior executives can make that leap to middle management and then on to senior management at a much younger age than before.

The demand for Indian hotel managers and staff in the international industry is very high. This is particularly so in the Middle East, in cities like Dubai. The shortage of skilled and experienced professionals is also being felt in developed countries in Europe (including the UK), the USA, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong etc. Their preference for Indian managers remains high. Official surveys estimate that International employers recruit about 20% of Indian management graduates every year.

A fairly large number of International companies are now coming to Indian management institutions offering placements for newly trained graduates, in a routine manner.

Under such conditions it is imperative that we have an online job site that offers the best opportunities for employers and job seekers. Ours is such a site that offers the following
